President/CEO

Eddie Uyeta, nurtured in the family gardening business from age nine, now leads Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance. With his landscape architecture degree, certifications, and customer-focused values, he's grown the company to nearly 50 employees delivering top-tier services. Despite the company's growth, Eddie remains hands-on, dedicated to client satisfaction and quality workmanship, considering the business as his first baby.

Chief Administrative Officer/IT Specialist

Pinneke Tjandana is an experienced administrative and technology leader with over 15 years supporting HR, finance, IT, and marketing operations. As CAO and IT Specialist at Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance, she strengthens internal systems, improves service delivery, and drives strategic growth. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Mathematics minor from the University of Washington and has been a key contributor to the company’s success since 2009, known for her integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset.

Commercial Division Manager

Adam brings extensive experience in commercial landscaping, leading ULM’s Commercial Division with a focus on delivering projects that combine functionality, sustainability and visual appeal. His background in large-scale landscape management allows him to guide teams through complex projects with precision and efficiency.

Residential Designer

With over 25 years in landscape design, Janel transitioned from interior design during her college years after discovering her passion for transforming outdoor spaces. She finds immense joy in creating unique designs for each client, making her job exciting and fulfilling.

Residential Design/Build Division Manager

Nathaniel brings strong experience in residential landscape design and construction, with a passion for creating outdoor spaces that blend functionality, beauty, and sustainability. As Residential Design/Build Division Manager, he works closely with homeowners to turn ideas into reality — from concept and planning to installation and finishing details. 

Manager of Residential Maintenance & Projects

Oscar, a vital part of our team for over six years, discovered his love for landscaping at 18. Starting as a crew member, he worked his way up to Residential Maintenance Manager, acquiring his Certified Landscape Technician certificate in the process. He relishes in motivating others to grow and achieve their own certifications.

Supervisor of Residential Maintenance

With over a decade at the company, Gabriel thrives on serving the community and embracing new challenges. Starting as a crew worker, he climbed the ranks and is now focused on gaining certifications to enhance his service to clients and support his teams.

Midori Plantscapes Division Manager + Lead Designer

Creative thinker. Plant enthusiast. Design magician. Josie brings life (and a whole lot of personality) to every space she touches. Whether she’s picking the perfect plant or dreaming up a custom living wall, she leads our team with heart, humor and a serious eye for style.

Accounts Payable Manager

Alyse manages Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance’s Accounts Payable operations, ensuring vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she keeps financial records organized and supports smooth day-to-day business operations. Alyse’s work helps maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and contributes to the overall efficiency of the company’s financial systems.

Manager of A/R

Desi oversees the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance’s financial operations. With a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to excellent service, she manages client accounts, billing and collections with professionalism and care. Desi’s role supports the company’s overall success by keeping financial processes smooth and reliable.

Customer Support & Marketing Representative

April helps Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance by assisting clients with questions and supporting the team in sharing updates about projects and services. She enjoys being a friendly point of contact and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
